ReceptionGrid collects information submitted through forms, calls, SMS messages, emails, support workflows, CRM integrations, and onboarding intake. This may include business contact details, call metadata, message content, appointment requests, customer notes, and workflow history.

We use this information to provide communication services, answer and route calls, recover missed leads, automate follow-up, support customers, create reports, improve workflows, and operate the ReceptionGrid platform.

AI systems may assist with summaries, classification, routing, draft responses, lead scoring, and workflow recommendations. Humans review sensitive decisions including contracts, billing, refunds, pricing, legal terms, compliance-sensitive actions, and customer-critical escalations.

We do not sell customer data. We may share data with service providers needed to operate the platform, including telecom carriers, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics providers, CRM systems, automation tools, and email/SMS providers.

Customers may request access, correction, deletion, or export of data, subject to legal, billing, fraud prevention, security, and operational retention requirements.
